1st class wooden joinery articles are produced from slats processed from Sapelli, Sipo, Oak, Iroko, Afrormosia, Pine, Larex and Chestnut lumber and are dried to 12%, and are sorted by color and quality. Finally, they are bonded in three layers with or without the finger joint at the intermediate layer, with a D-4 wood adhesive.
